Saw people in and out and got promoted

Being in this company for 5 years and to be one of the pioneer, I have seen people here in and out, people who got promoted and demoted. In my first 3 years in the company, believe me, my attitude then was so embarassing. There was a time that I even argue with my immediate boss for just being depressed in what is happening in our company, like people resigning, people being hired and given a much higher starting rate rather than us who did all the best for the company. I was like that for I think more than 3 years, then finally I woke up one morning realizing that It's time to change that bad attitude and to be more on the positive outlook in life.

Changing into something really big is kinda difficult especially to the person itself. I started in looking back what really happened to my life that affected my work attitude. Then came to a summary of it. After summarizing it, I created action plans for each item, then started everything by myself and pursue it secretively.

I woke up every morning with a smile and throw everyday the bad things that happened to my life. First, was when got widowed at a very young age. I have to fiinish my grief and depressions. Then I did finally.

Second, I work well and understand fully the best service that I can render internally and externally, and I did it again, I was given the Excellence in Customer Service Award of the company which resulted in the survey that was made.

Third, my father left us also after a year my husband died, very painful to me because I'm a Papa's girl and the favorite daughter. I cannot think of anything that time other than that the Lord is really giving me more challenges in life that he has to take all the special people in my life especially the ones who really loves me
